Recipe Ingredients & Directions

INGREDIENTS

Add all ingredients to Shopping List

1 Cup of pre-washed Rice
2 Tablespoons of Oil
1/4 Medium Onion
3 Small tomatoes
1 Teaspoon of Chicken Bouillon
1 Small Garlic Clove
1 Pinch of Salt
2 Cups of Water

DIRECTIONS

In a medium sauce pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add in dry rice, and stir for about 5 minutes until rice becomes a golden brown color. Meanwhile, in your blender add 1/4 medium onion, 3 small tomatoes, 1 garlic clove, 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon, add a splash of water and blend. Once your rice is golden brown, slowly add in the contents that have been blended. Add 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt. Stir it up, and bring to a boil. Once it starts to boil, turn the heat to low and cover. Let it simmer for 20 minutes and enjoy!
