INGREDIENTS

Add all ingredients to Shopping List

2 Bananas
3 oz Frozen blueberries
4 Ice cubes
2 tbsp low fat plain yogurt
4 oz low fat milk
4 oz. Fruit juice
1/2 cup protein powder
2 tbsp flaxseed
2 oz. Colloidal Mineral Formula
1/2 oz Flaxseed oil

DIRECTIONS

Blend together all the above ingredients until smooth, then pour into cups.
