INGREDIENTS

Add all ingredients to Shopping List

As needed Extra Wide Egg Noodles
1 Can Cream of Celery
1 Can Cream of Chicken
3 Chicken Breasts
1 Cup of Milk
As needed Olive Oil
½ Cup Onion
½ Cup Garlic Clove
As needed Salt and Pepper
As needed Cheddar Cheese

DIRECTIONS

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Rinse of the chicken breast and cut off all the fat. Slice the chicken into bite sized pieces. Sauté the chicken along with ½ cup diced Onion and ½ Cup diced Garlic in Olive Oil for about 10 minutes (add salt and pepper if desired). While the chicken is sautéing start boiling the Egg Noodles. Boil the noodles until they are about halfway done making sure they are still firm. Drain the noodles into a large Casserole dish. Place the chicken on top of the noodles. Cover chicken and noodles with 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup,1 can of Cream of Celery Soup and one can of milk. Mix is all-together. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Remove casserole after 20 minutes and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Re-bake, at the same temperature, for another 10 minutes.
