INGREDIENTS

2 dozen medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 dozen Sea Scallops
1/2 cup Butter
7 tbs Lemon Juice
12 - 18 Lemon wedges
5 tbs Worchestshire sauce
2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Paprika

DIRECTIONS

If frozen, thaw shrimp and scallops overnight in the fridge. Pre-soak wooden skewers in water. Mix butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and paprika in a microwave safe bowl and microwave until butter is melted, about 2 minutes. Stir mixture and pour 2/3 of it in a zip lock bag with shrimp and scallops. Save 1/3 mix for basting. Place sealed bag in fridge for at least 1 hour. Start skewers with a lemon wedge and then alternate shrimp and scallops. Grill on medium to hot heat about 6 minutes, turning once. Baste with the marinade. Grill about 8 more minutes until shrimp turns pink and scallops are opaque. Squeeze lemon wedge dripping on kabobs while removing from grill. Enjoy!
