INGREDIENTS

4 cups Elbow Macaroni (uncooked)
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1/3 cup Celery (chopped)
1 lb Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated)
2 cans Tuna in water (drained)
1/2 Lemon (grated and juice)
5 slices White bread Cubed & toasted
2 tbls Butter
1 1/2 cups Milk
1 Seasoning Salt
1 Salt

DIRECTIONS

Boil water with Kosher salt. Add pasta and cook for 7 minutes. While water is boiling, put butter in pan and brown croutons (bread cubes) over medium stove flame. Drain pasta. Add Cheese (1/2), Cream of Mushroom soup, Milk, Celery, Tuna, Seasoning Salt, and juice of lemon. Mix well. Put in a 13 X 9 buttered dish and top with rest of cheese. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes of until golden brown. Garnish with lemon slices.
