INGREDIENTS

2 pkgs Broccoli Slaw
4 bunches Scallions
1 pkg Ramen Noodles - Oriental Flavor
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
1 pkg Honey Roasted Almonds
1/4 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1 pkg Oriental Seasoning (found in ramen noodle package)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 to toast almonds. Toast for 5 minutes. Mix the broccoli slaw, sunflower seeds, scallions and ramen noodles (pound gently in ziploc bag). Put aside the package of oriental seasoning (this is used for the dressing). To make the dressing combine the remainng ingredients: vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, sugar and oriental seasoning packet. Shake well immediately and before serving.
