INGREDIENTS

Add all ingredients to Shopping List

3 Cups of Rice
1.5 lb London Broil
1 lb Green Beans
1 Stock of Celery
6 Cloves of Garlic
4 oz Baby Carrots
1 Bunch Green Onion
1 tbs Corn Starch
2 tbs Vegetable

DIRECTIONS

Cook the rice before you start. Cut up all the ingrediants. Pre heat the skillet on high heat with enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom. Make sure the pan is hot and add in the meat with garlic. Then turn down the heat to medium. Cook for 2 minutes. Then add in the celery and carrots. Cook for about 1 minute. Then add in the green onions and green beans. Cook for another 2 minutes. Then add in the corn starch with 1 cup of water. Let it cook with a top on the food. For 3-5 minutes.
