16 Slices of White or Wheat Bread, Cubed
4 Cups Mild Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Chicken Breast, Fresh or Canned, Season with Salt and Pepper
2 Cups Broccoli, Fresh or Frozen
1/4 Cup Onion
2 3?4 C Milk
5 Eggs Whipped
1/2 Cup Melted Butter

DIRECTIONS

This casserole fits in a 13x9 baking dish and requires overnight refrigeration. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes and uncovered for an additional 15 minutes. The 1st layer, use half of the cubed bread, 2nd layer, use half of the cheese, 3rd layer, use all the chicken, 4th layer, use all the broccoli, 5th layer, use all the onion, then use the remainder of the bread, top with the remainder of the cheese. For the wet ingredients, combine the milk and eggs then pour evenly over the top of the casserole. Drizzle the melted butter over the casserole for the finale step. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
