INGREDIENTS

Add all ingredients to Shopping List

2 whole Chicken breast ( cook and shred)
3 Carrots (cook and chop)
1/4 cup Jalapenos
1 can Corn
1 cup Mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS

Place the shredded chicken into a large bowl. Add the chopped carrots, jalapenos, corn and mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients well. Once that is done it is ready to eat. You can eat it on a tostada, bread or as is.
