Need chicken, broccoli, zucchini, red and orange bell peppers, bean sprouts, olive oil and low sodium Soy Sauce. Serves 2 - 3 servings

INGREDIENTS

1 lb chicken
1 c broccoli
1 c zucchini
1 c red and orange bell peppers
3 c bean sprouts
2 T olive oil
4 T low sodium soy sauce

DIRECTIONS

Cube the chicken, slice the bell peppers and zucchini, cut the broccoli into florets. Heat the stove on high, saute the chicken in olive oil, then add bell peppers and zucchini. Add soy sauce while stirring. Next, add the broccoli and soy sauce to taste. Finish it off with bean sprouts.
