INGREDIENTS

Add all ingredients to Shopping List

1/2 diced white onion
3 anaheim green chiles (broiled and peeled) or canned green chilis, or salsa
4 small tomatoes (chopped)
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1/2 block processed cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 tbs vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS

Cook the onions with oil in a large pot on med-high until the onions are clear/soft. Add green chilis and garlic, tomato. Add cheese and milk. Cook until soft, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips, tortillas, or even pita bread.
