INGREDIENTS

Add all ingredients to Shopping List

1 tsp Olive or Corn Oil
As Needed Minced Garlic
1 Cucumber (Cut)
1-2 pounds Chicken (Chopped)
3-4 tbs Stir-Fry Sauce

DIRECTIONS

Add 1 tsp of olive or corn oil and warm up frying pan at medium heat. Pour minced garlic into frying pan (as needed). Add chopped chicken and stir for a couple of minutes on low heat. Once chicken is cooked add 3 or 4 tbs of Stir-Fry sauce and stir. Final step - add prepared/cut cucumber and mix.
