INGREDIENTS

Add all ingredients to Shopping List

1 1/2 cup Crab meat
1 Tblsp scallion (chopped)
1 Tblsp Italian parsley (chopped)
1 large egg (lightly beaten)
2 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp worchestershire sauce
1-1 1/2 cup unseasoned bread crumbs or panko
1/4 cup mayo
pinch cayenne pepper
pinch salt

DIRECTIONS

Sauce:Combine mayo, cayenne pepper and 1 tsp of chopped parsley. Crab cakes: Combine first nine ingredients and form into 3/4 inch patties. Preferravly refrigerated for 3 hours. Satee each pattie in olive oil (about 5-8 min each side or until golden brown). Drain on paper towels. Top with spicy mayo.
