INGREDIENTS

Add all ingredients to Shopping List

6-8 pieces of thin fish (fillet of flounder is used in this recipe)
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup canola oil
to taste garlic powder
to taste old bay seasoning
to taste kosher salt
1 lemon
Varies Oil (deep enough to coat fish as it cooks)

DIRECTIONS

Wash and prepare your fish. Season fish with salt,garlic powder, and juice of the lemon. Mix together panko bread crumbs,flour,old bay seasoning. Heat oil until it starts to simmer, but not smoke. Fry fish 2 pieces at a time until done and golden brown. These fish were cooked 1 minute on each side because they were thin. Adjust cooking time for the size and thickness of the fish you choose.
