1 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 lb. Ground Pork
1/2 cup Oats
2 Eggs; Lightly Beaten
1 tsp. Dry Oregano
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Green Onion; Finely Chopped
2 tbsp. Butter; Softened
6 Swiss Cheese Slices
2 tbsp. Blue Cheese; Crumbled
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Ripe Olives; Chopped

DIRECTIONS

1. In a medium bowl combine beef, pork, oats, eggs, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onions. Add soy sauce and lemon juice. 2. Form into patties, each about 1? Thick. Pressing firmly in the center of patty to form a bowl. 3. Spread 1/2 teaspoon butter on one side of each bun; set aside. 4. Heat a large heavy duty skillet over medium high heat. Cook burgers, turning once, to desired doneness, about 8 to 12 mins. 5. Add 2 Swiss cheese slices during last minute of cooking. 6. Toast bun bottom, buttered side down, set on plate 7. Add bun top to burger till warm 8. Set burger and bun onto plate. 9. Add blue cheese, olives and pickle slice to burger 10. Top with mayonnaise, fresh lettuce and sliced tomato to serve
