INGREDIENTS

1 (12 oz) Bag Large Elbow Macaroni
1 Can (10.5 oz) Aunt Penny's White Sauce
1 Small Can Diced Ortega Chili's
2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
10.5 oz Milk (equivalent to the can of white sauce)
to taste Pepper

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Cook about 10 oz of macaroni according to package directions 3. Poor white sauce, 1 Ĺ cups cheese, and a can of milk (once you have put white sauce into pot fill with milk and pour into pan) on low heat. **Make sure you are constantly stir to prevent sauce from burning** 4. Once sauce is completely melted, poor in 1/2 a can of Ortega chilies. 5. Take your strained noodles and poor them into a baking dish. Take cheese sauce and poor into the same baking dishing mixing the noodles and the sauce. 6. Place in oven for 30 minutes. 7. After 30 minutes spread the rest of the cheese on the top (1/2 cup) Place back in the oven, for 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling. 8. Remove from oven, let cool for 15 minutes then enjoy! 9. Makes 4-6 servings
