INGREDIENTS

Add all ingredients to Shopping List

2 cups self-rising flour
1/4 cup smart-start or smart balance
1/3 cup crisco
1/4 cup milk (to start)

DIRECTIONS

pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Put flour, smart-balance and crisco in a bowl and take a fork or a pastry cutter and cut the fat into the flour until it resembles corse cornmeal. Add the milk and bring the ingredients togehter until it start to form a dough. You want to make your dough as wet as possible but can still be handled. After mixing, flour both hands and grab some dough and put in one palm while rolling the dough with the other hand. Place your biscuits in a greased and floured cake pan or for those of you who like to use a cookie sheet you can use that.
