Recipe Ingredients & Directions

INGREDIENTS

Add all ingredients to Shopping List

1 tsp Olive or Corn Oil
1-2 tsp Minced Garlic/Onions
1-2 pounds Chicken (Chopped)
3-4 tbs Oyster Sauce
2 tbs Sugar
2-3 tbs Soy Sauce
2 pounds Broad Rice Noodles (prepared and separated by pulling them apart)
As Needed Bean Sprouts
As Needed Green Onion

DIRECTIONS

1) add 1 tsp of olive or corn oil and warm up frying pan at medium heat. 2) Pour minced garlic and/or onion into frying pan (as needed). 3) add chopped chicken and stir for a couple of minutes on low heat. 4) once chicken is cooked add 3-4 tbs of oyster sauce and stir. 5) add about 2 tbs of sugar and 2-3 tbs of soy sauce as well. 5) add broad rice noodles (prepared and separated by pulling them apart) and mix until the noodles turn brown. 6) Final ingredients- add bean sprouts and green onions as needed.
