INGREDIENTS

1 14 oz can Artichoke Hearts
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS

Open and drain 1 can of artichoke hearts. Place in bowl and chop using hand chopper or on cutting board with knife. Add 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese and 1 cup of mayonnaise. Stir until thoroughly blended. Pour into shallow baking dish (pie plate works well). Spread and smooth evenly in dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve with crackers or French bread.
