Recipe Ingredients & Directions

INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp Sweet relish
1 cup Mayo
2 tsp mustard
1 tsp Creole
1 tsp hot sauce
8 slices of processed bread
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
2 Eggs (beaten)
2 Egg Whites (beaten)
1/2 cup Onions ( finely chopped)
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper ( finely chopped)
2 lbs Crab Meat ( finely chopped)
2 tbsp Lime or Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
2 tbsp Tabasco
1 cup Cheese

DIRECTIONS

Tarter Sauce-mix together the Relish, Mayo, Mustard, Creole, and Hot sauce and let stand for 10 minutes Crab Cakes- Mis together 2 cups of the processed bread, Parsley, eggs, egg whites, onions, red bell pepper, Crab meat, Lime juice, ground pepper, tabasco, and cheese. Once mixed well, seperate the mix into 1-2 inch balls and cover in the 2 cups of processed bread crumbs which should be left over from the 8 slices. Once covered, add to skillet and let each side cook for 3-4 minutes.
