INGREDIENTS

Add all ingredients to Shopping List

1 french baguette
to taste extra virgin olive oil
4 oz parmigiano reggiano, sliced thinly

DIRECTIONS

1. Set oven to Broil. 2. Slice the baguette. 3. Drizzle the bread with the olive oil. 4. Put bread in the oven for three minutes or until slightly toasted. 5. Add one slice of cheese to each piece of bread. 6. Return to the broiler for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted. 7. Top crostini with your favorite Bruschetta topping, or dip.
