INGREDIENTS

4 whole-wheat english muffins, halfed
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce (putting it in a squeeze bottle works well w/ kids)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
16 slices mini pepperonis

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the English muffin halves cut side up onto a baking sheet. Spread 2 tablespoons spaghetti sauce on each one. Sprinkle with cheese. Delicately place 4 pepperonis on each half. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the cheese is melted and edges of muffins are crunchy.
