INGREDIENTS

4 onions
9 cloves of garlic
2 tbs thyme
1/2 cup chardonnay
to taste Salt & pepper
3 Puffed Pastry packages
1 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Goat cheese
3 Tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped Basil
4 oz Prosciutto

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 425. Sauté 4 chopped onions with nine cloves of chopped garlic on med heat until browned 10-20 mins. Add chopped thyme and chardonnay. Let it all mix together, reduce, add salt and pepper. 10 mins. Cut puff pasty into quarters (approx 4? x 4?). Slice a divot around each puff pastry about 1/4 of an inch away from the edge. Add approx 2 tbs of shredded Parmesan cheese per tart. Add large pinch of onion mixture on top of Parmesan on tarts. Add slice or half slice of tomato. And a few crumbles goat cheese, pinch of basil, and thin slice of prosciuttto. Bake for 25 minutes at 425.
