INGREDIENTS

6-8 Oz. Vanilla Low/No Fat Yogurt
6-8 Oz. Vanilla Pudding (Cooked/Instant). Subst: Snack Pack
1 Pkg. 3.5 Oz. . Jell-O Raspberry/Strawberry (Pepared Boxed). Subst: Snack Pack
1/2 Cup Cool Whip Lite
1/2 Cup Fresh/Frozen Raspberries/Strawberries
1/4 Cup Trail/Nut Mix
1 Tsp. Cinnamon/Cocoa Powder

DIRECTIONS

Prepare Jell-O and Pudding according to package directions. Cool and refrigerate until set and firm. When chilled and set, cube Jell-O, set aside. In a parfait glass, layer 2 Tbs. of yogurt, add 5-6 berries and sprinkles of trail/nut mix; layer 2 Tbs. of Jell-O, add 5-8 berries and sprinkles of trail/nut mix; layer 2 Tbs. of pudding, add 5-8 berries and sprinkles of trail/nut mix. Repeat layers and top with cool whip, add 5-6 berries, trail/nut mix, and cinnamon or cocoa powder. OPT: If using strawberries, chop the berries.
