1/2 cup Frozen berries
1/2 cup Frozen peaches
1/2 cup Plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup Orange juice
1/2 ripe banana
1 tsp. Honey (or sugar)

DIRECTIONS

In a blender, combine the berries, peaches, banana, orange juice, yogurt, and honey. Blend until smooth **The frozen ingredients perform the same job as ice would.
