1 LB Bacon
3 Pkgs Lettuce (Spring Mix, Heart Roman, and Mixed Italian)
8 OZ Bag of Frozen Peas
12 Slices Individually wrapped Swiss Cheese
1 Qtr. Red Onion
1 Cup Mayo (2 TBSP per layer)
1/2 Cup Sugar (1 TBSP per layer)


Fry 1lb of Bacon, cook Bacon until it is crispy as you will be crumbling the bacon in to the salad. Once the bacon has cooked and cooled crumble the bacon up into little pieces. Cut 1 Qtr red onion thinly sliced. Cut 12 individually packed slices of Swiss Cheese, thinly sliced. Place about a cup and 1/2 of mixed greens in a large serving bowl, sprinkle some of the swiss cheese (not all), some of the red onion (not all), and some of the crumbled bacon (not all), about a hand full of frozen peas, 2 tbsp of Mayo, and 1 tbsp of sugar. Repeat these steps 3-4 times. Toss the salad and place in the refridgerator for about 30min to an hour. Serve cooled.
