INGREDIENTS

Add all ingredients to Shopping List

2 cups Peanut Butter
1 cup Light Karo Syrup
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
4 cups plain, grain cereal
Optional Chocolate for covering top

DIRECTIONS

Begin by combining the sugar, syrup and vanilla extract in a large saucepan. With the burner on high, stir ingredients together and bring to a simmer. Be sure not to boil the ingredients. Once the ingredients have simmered, turn off the heat and add in the peanut butter. Stir the ingredients until the peanut butter and syrup are a smooth consistency. Add cereal to the pot and stir until each flake is covered in peanut butter. Sit to let cool. Once cooled, mold the mix into balls and place onto wax paper. *Optional - Drizzle a little melted chocolate over the top of the cookie balls. ENJOY!
