Recipe Ingredients & Directions

INGREDIENTS

Add all ingredients to Shopping List

as needed Olive/Corn Oil
1 Garlic Clove
2 Chinese Style Sausage
1 cup Mixed Vegetables
2 tsp Oyster Sauce
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 bowl Steamed Rice
as needed Green Onion
as needed Salt / Pepper

DIRECTIONS

Add olive or corn oil and warm up skillet at medium heat. Dice garlic clove into small pieces and pour into skillet. Cook garlic for a couple of seconds. Once the ingredients become crispy - add sliced Chinese Style Sausages. Mix up ingredients until they are cooked (mix for approximately 1 minute). Add mixed vegetables into skillet. Add a bowl of steamed rice. Mix rice thoroughly so it can be broken down. Add two teaspoons (depending on preference) of oyster sauce and mix thoroughly. Add two teaspoons of soy sauce. By now, the rice should change to a light brownish color. Depending on your preference ? add salt, pepper and/or green onion to give the entrée more flavor.
