INGREDIENTS

12 Garlic cloves
2 onions
2 tbs Olive oil
8 oz Sun-dried tomatoes
2lbs un-cooked chicken sausage
2lbs un-cooked ground turkey
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Ĺ cup chopped basil
2 tbsp grill seasoning
Ĺ cup of wine
2 tbsp Crushed red pepper
3 28oz cans of Diced tomatoes

DIRECTIONS

For Marinara sauce: Mix the garlic cloves and onions in the food processor, warm up olive oil on the stove, after olive oil is heated, mix in the garlic cloves and onions. Once onions have carmelized(med heat) add wine, and reduce by half. Then add tomato sauce, crushed red pepper. Mix and simmer for 10 mins (low/med heat). For meatballs: Mix chopped sundreid tomatoes with basil,grill seasoning, meat, and parmeasean. ingredients together Preheat oven to 400 degrees, 1-1/2 thick when rolling the meatballs together. Pop in oven and bake for 12 mins or until golden.
