INGREDIENTS

3 lb Ground Turkey
1 16oz package chopped frozen spinach (Thawed and drained)
2 to 3 Carrots (1 and 1/2 cups)
1 small onion, gratted
1 egg
2 cloves garlic ( about 1tbs, if using granulated garlic use only 1 teas)
2-3 handfuls of breadcrumbs
- Salt and Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Thaw and drain spinach. (Make sure to squeeze all the extra moister out that you can so that your meatloaf will be firm once cooked.) Shredd your carrots and onion. Add Ground Turkey, spinach, carrots, onion, lightly beaten egg and garlic to a large bowl. Mix until blended. Add a couple handfuls of breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Press mixture into desired baking dish and cover with foil. Back for 45 minutes and remove foil, continue baking for 15 minutes or until firm and internal temperature registers 165 degrees. Serve with your favorite gravy or sauce and enjoy!
