INGREDIENTS

Add all ingredients to Shopping List

2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup of softened butter
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 package Swirled Nestle Morsels Chocolate/Peanut Butter
1/4 cups Vanilla Soy Milk
varies decorative sprinkles - any type

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375▫. Sugar Cookies: 1. In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. 2. In a large bowl combine softened butter, sugar until smooth. Add egg beated and vanilla. 3. Slowly combine both dry and wet ingredients, mixing thoroughly. 4. Cover cooking surface with flour and roll out cookie dough. Flower is used to prevent sticking. 5. Use a cookie cutter to cut the desired shape. 6. Place cookies on ungreased cookie sheet. 7. Bake for 8-12 minutes depending on the thickness of the cookies. 8. Remove when done baking and let cool for 5-10 minutes. Fondue: 1. Pour entire bag of Nestle Chocolate morsels into small cooking pot. Heat on Medium for 10 minutes. 2. Once chocolate is almost fully melted, add Vanilla Soy milk. 3. Combine thoroughly and continue heating until chocolate is melted and creamy. Do not over cook. Over cooking will thicken the fondue. 4. Heat on Low for remainder of time. Final Product: 1. Once the cookies have cooled, dip the cookie into the fondue. 2. Allow chocolate to drip off the cookie and place on wax paper to cool. 3. Sprinkle with desired topping.
