INGREDIENTS

6 Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Whole Onion
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
8 Slices of Mozzerella Cheese
8 Slices of Pineapple
2 Bottles of Teriyaki Marinade (Lawry's)

DIRECTIONS

Poke holes in chicken breasts. Soak chicken breasts in 1 Bottle of Teriyaki Marinade and put in fridge for AT LEAST 30 minutes, let sit longer for better results. Chop up peppers and onions and layer the bottom of a 13x9 pan (depending on how many you make), save some to place ontop of chicken. Next, drain the chicken and place on-top of onions and peppers. Then throw on the rest of the veggies and place pineapple rings on-top. Put in the oven on 450 for 45 minutes. Once finished, top with the mozzerella cheese and place over your favorite rice. Drizzle the dish with the Teriyaki Marinade and enjoy!
