INGREDIENTS

Add all ingredients to Shopping List

1 Head iceberg lettuce
12-14 oz. Blue cheese or roquefort dressing
1 Small container (4 oz. or so, you know how these things are) gorgonzola or blue cheese crumbles. Side note - feel free to crumble it yourself; it won't hurt my feelings; it just takes longer.
A pinch Fresh cracked pepper (yes, to taste and don?t go skimping on this one. Use fresh cracked pepper. If you don't you WILL hurt my feelings.)
A dash To garnish use parsley or even diced tomatoes or bacon bits (do not use the imitation ones!).

DIRECTIONS

Remove core from head of lettuce and discard or give it to the rabbit, if you have one. (alt. if you don?t have one, that?s ok) Cut head into quarters. Place 1 quarter on a plate. Pour or spoon dressing over lettuce. Sprinkle with blue or gorgonzola cheese crumbles and finish with fresh cracked pepper. Garnish with parsley or other toppings if desired.
